Happy Easter! After several very busy weeks, I’m delighted that we’ve come to a long weekend. Time to catch up on all the things I haven’t had time for lately: cleaning, gardening, reading, and definitely blogging!

When I saw the chair on the left I guessed this was the apartment of Ben Pentreath. Lovely, isn’t it? The only thing I’m not that keen on is the window blind. I find material blinds can look a bit messy, and prefer Venetian blinds – even though they’re a dust trap – which can filter the light. But overall, a lovely library corner.

I hope your weekend is very refreshing and that you have a happy Easter! That library is so lovely and fresh looking. Although if I owned that library, there would be way more books crammed in.

I like that reading chair but would probably want it in the corner by the window so I can look up from a book and look out
